As a data-driven product designer with the Zendesk Chat team, I worked with product managers and engineers to make beautifully simple business software that scales. In my time at Zendesk I've worked with the core Chat team, the machine learning team, the Chat growth team, as well as key strategic initiatives.

Earlier career

I started in Product Design in the year 2000 I joined a Startup in Brazil that built a food delivery in desktop internet era. I became the CEO of that company and we later got acquired by Dentsu. Later I started Voël, an UX Consultancy.

In parallel I taught Design in the second Interaction Design post-graduation in Latin America.

During my tenure at Google also I worked in many products, including: Orkut (head of design), Google+, Google My Business, Who’s Down, Google News before joining Next Billion Users.

The Zendesk Triple Diamond process

Beyond the people who design and build Zendesk, every release is supported by teams like Localization, Go-to-market, Documentation, Customer Advocacy, etc. We wanted a simple graphical way to describe the process that ties all of these teams together.
